Long-Term Loyalty

And We're Grateful to Have It

In today's ever-changing job market, it's increasingly uncommon to see employees stay with one company for the long haul. Career paths have become more fluid, with professionals often moving between roles and organizations every few years or so. Long-term loyalty, once the standard, is now the exception.

That's what makes our team so special.

October is a "big" employee anniversary month for us. So while tenure is rare these days, we're proud—and incredibly fortunate—to have many long-standing team members who've been with us for 7, 10, even 20+ years. Their dedication, knowledge and true understanding of our values and culture are a big part of what makes our company so strong.

These individuals have grown with us through all sorts of challenges and successes. They've mentored new hires, helped shape our direction, and continued to show up with the same passion and commitment year after year. Their loyalty isn't just appreciated—it's foundational.

In a world where people rarely stay in one place for long, we don't take our tenured employees for granted. They remind us every day of the importance of building a workplace where people feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.

To our long-term team members: thank you! You are rare—and we're lucky to have you.

If you've been following along on social, you may have noticed our "Work Anniversary" mentions. Below is a preview of our 7+ "year-ers" as of 2025.
